Remodels

As a second generation pool builder, one thing that we have learned is that time is the great equalizer of all forms of construction, pools being no exception. Eventually the plaster surface within a pool gets old, worn down from years of wear & tear, and needs to be replaced. Eventually tile styles and colors begin to look out of date, concrete begins to shift, and coping may even need to be replaced. Excavation & Grading

What good is a house with a weak and unstable foundation? One could even say the foundation is in some way as important as the house that sits upon it. We understand the importance of this principle with every excavation and grading project we undertake. It’s simply not adequate to “dig a hole” or “flatten out some dirt” because these are often the foundation of everything to follow on a construction or pool project. We will prioritize following detailed plans, set laser leveled elevations, and frequently check our work along the way to ensure quality workmanship at the completion of the project.
